Shipping & Delivery
Every LeFlore & Henry order is made to order — printed specifically for your project after you check out, never pulled from a warehouse shelf.
How it works
- Order confirmation. You'll receive an email confirming your pattern, panel size, and quantity as soon as your order is placed.
- Production. Your panels enter the print queue. Production time varies by pattern and current volume; your estimated ship window is shared in your order confirmation.
- Tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Rates and destinations
- Shipping options and rates for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Designer Test Panels and full-size panels may ship separately, as they're produced and packaged on different schedules.

When your order arrives
Inspect your package before installing. If anything arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, photograph the panels, the packaging, and the shipping label, and contact us within 14 days of delivery — details are on our Returns, Damages & Cancellations page.
Changes to your order
Because production moves quickly, address changes and cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
