Refund policy

Made to order means final sale. Every LeFlore & Henry wallpaper panel is printed specifically for your order. Because production begins quickly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference after printing, or measurement errors on correctly produced, undamaged panels. Please confirm your pattern, panel size, and quantity before checkout — our How to Measure & Order guide and Designer Test Panel exist to make that easy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the panel, the packaging, and the shipping label. Verified defects, print errors, and shipping damage are resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion, at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. After that window, your panels are in the print queue and the order is final.

A note on color

Every screen displays color differently, and every room's light changes it further. Minor variation between on-screen imagery and printed panels is normal and is not considered a defect. For exacting projects, we recommend ordering a 30″ W × 20″ H Designer Test Panel first.

Installation-related issues

We stand behind print quality and materials. Issues arising from wall condition — texture, uncured paint, moisture, or surface preparation — are not covered. Please review our Installation & Care guide before installing.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Because each panel is made specifically for your order, it is exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal for custom-made goods (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). The damage and defect terms above apply in full regardless of where you order from.

Trade and licensing orders

Custom colorways, bulk trade orders, and licensing work are governed by your project quote or license agreement rather than this policy. Visit our Start a Project page for trade-specific terms.
