Every LeFlore & Henry order is made to order — printed specifically for your project after you check out, never pulled from a warehouse shelf.

How it works

You'll receive three emails from us: an order confirmation when your order is placed, an estimated ship window once your panels enter production, and tracking the moment your order ships. Samples and full-size panels may ship separately.

Rates and destinations

Shipping rates for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Changes and cancellations

Because production begins quickly, address changes and cancellations can be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us through our Contact page or at support@lefloreandhenry.com as soon as possible.

Damage on arrival

Inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the panel, the packaging, and the shipping label — full details are in our Refund Policy.

Estimated timelines

Made-to-order production takes time by design. Your estimated ship window is confirmed by email once your order enters production; if you have a deadline (an install date, a photo shoot, a move-in), tell us before you order and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.
